Abstract

It is necessary for the pattern of thinking within different institutions and departments to change from the traditional thinking style to a new style that is in line with the accelerating changes that take place around us, which is the innovative and creative thinking style that always aims to develop and renew, and the goal of research is to reach a proposed framework for career creativity to develop and improve environmental performance For human resources, to verify the validity of the main research hypothesis, there is no statistically significant effect between functional creativity and developing and improving the performance of the internal environment of human resources at Sama Misr Company for Paper Products. The descriptive analytical approach was used to form the theoretical framework for research, and data was collected through a survey form as a main tool for research through a sample of (300) workers in Sama Misr Company for Paper Products.
The results have resulted in a statistically significant correlation relationship at a significant level (0.05). Between the dimensions of job creativity and human resource development, there is also a significant effect at the level of significance (0.05) of the dimensions of job creativity (generating new ideas - implementing change - solving problems) on human resource development at a rate of (54.6%). The researchers have recommended the importance of creating a creativity department Career in order to develop and improve Ada Workers inside Sama Misr paper products, to encourage employees to submit their ideas and new proposals.
