The aim of the research was to study the relationship between the social variables associated with the quality management of the workers, and to achieve this goal the researchers used the social survey method , and the study tools consisted of a questionnaire on the application of quality, industrial accreditation, courses, risk analysis and identification of critical control points, noise and heat from the numbers of researchers, and the results have resulted in a statistically significant negative correlation between high temperatures and nervous capacity, as well as noise and its impact on the social in the factory, followed by health factors and that social problems and Economy is the main factor within the establishment .
