Abstract

In the era of digital excellence in all its aspects and it’s spread at its highest levels and the development in digital management, which resulted in many digital projects at various levels The Egyptian State has endeavored to develop its official institutions, raise its performance levels and improve its services to citizens. and to achieve sustainable development, this requires the preparation of strategic plans for digital transformation and digitization In light of the Egyptian State's directions and strategy until 2030, the study aimed to identify the impact of digitization on the quality of university services (applying to the Department of Postgraduate Studies at Ain Shams University), by examining the mechanisms of digitization of educational services, its feedback on cost reduction and the achievement of many environmental benefits, The study found a very strong positive moral firsthand relationship between improving the technological and information infrastructure to control and create documentary assets and operationalizing digitization in university education. Department of Postgraduate Studies at Ain Shams University, the more this contributes to digitization in the field of university education, the lower the first, the lower the second. There has also been a very strong positive moral expulsion relationship between the operationalization of digitization in the field of university education and the improvement of the quality of services, the higher the efficiency of operation and the lower the costs, i.e., the greater the interest in operationalizing digitization in the field of university education in the General Department of Postgraduate Studies at Ain Shams University, The better the reference services provided by the postgraduate department, and the lower the first, the lower the second, which is an economic return and the many benefits that contribute to environmental sustainability. The study recommended the importance of providing adequate infrastructure for the application of administrative digitization or upgrading the software infrastructure to match electronic services, providing and updating the necessary hardware and modern software, and qualifying and training the human component to achieve the goals with efficiency that helps to sustain them.
