THE ROLE OF ADMINISTRATIVE CREATIVITY TO ACHIEVE THE DIGITAL ECONOMY AND PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The research aims to identify the administrative creativity and its role in achieving the digital economy, promoting sustainable development in its various dimensions and the reality of the digital economy in Egypt and the challenges facing this relationship. Which is represented in administrative creativity (the independent variable), the digital economy and the promotion of sustainable development (the dependent variable) and it was applied to a random sample, where five production companies were selected in the Sixth of October region (Nova Company - Chipsy Factory - Dr. Shabrawishi Perfumes Factory& Company for cosmetics - Egyptians for Food Industries - Haroun Plastic Manufacturing Company) and (320) structured forms were distributed and the number of these forms subjected to analysis were (242) forms. The researchers reached the acceptance of the null hypothesis at the level of significance (α = 0.05) that “there is a statistically significant effect between administrative creativity in the administrations, the digital economy and the promotion of sustainable development. To help organizations achieve their goals, the organization must have a flexible structure that ensures a good culture that the leader can provide the right atmosphere for his employees, inspire and motivate them so that they have the ability to generate fruitful ideas.
