Abstract

The study aimed to clarify the relative importance and the inevitable necessity of the role of investment in human capital to achieve the goals of sustainable development in government organizations, taking into account the environmental aspects and their effects, as with the passage of time the need for human capital increases, as we live in a world in which growth and variables increase, which requires the Everyone is aware of the requirements of development in the present and the future, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed that included a set of phrases that measured the sample’s trends towards the variables of the study. Random sample according to workers in Cairo Governorate and other sectors, where the researcher distributed an exploratory sample of (30) questionnaires to test internal consistency, structural validity, and list stability, and after verifying the validity and integrity of the list for testing, (80) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, and it was retrieved (65) questionnaires with a recovery rate of (82%) approximately, and the data of the survey list were analyzed and interpreted Answered using the statistical packages program (SPSS), and the researcher conducted data analysis using descriptive statistics. It includes finding the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relative weight and order to describe general trends, the reality of the impact of environmental accounting in improving the quality of financial reports for companies in the sample community, and the value The probability (.sig)
