SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL ENVERONMENT AND ITS RELATION TO WORKING WOMEN PERFORMENCE

The present study focused on the social and physical environment and its relation to the performance of working women, especially in the work environment, the importance of aspects of job satisfaction and its relation to performance, and also the extent of the environmental, social and physical problems on the performance of women in work and life in general. The importance of occupational safety and health and professional compatibility and its impact on women within the work environment.
This study is one of the exploratory studies in the field of scientific research and social research, which aims to shed light on all aspects and command, which requires the collection and analysis of a large amount of information and data and interpretation of the interpretation accurately and objectively. In this study, the researcher will use the survey methodology, which is considered one of the most important methods used in social research. It is intended to study a specific phenomenon in order to identify it. It is a great source in collecting information and data about the study objectively. A sample of (150) single women was selected for women working in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries in Al-Khanka city, Qalyubia governorate. Data were collected by the personal interview and the observation made by the student with the sample using the questionnaire form. The study referred to the most important recommendations.
