The aim of the study was to identify the environmental assessment of the application of patients' rights from the point of view of doctors, nursing staff, and patients, and to identify the differences between the view of doctors, nursing staff and patients in the environmental assessment of the application of patient rights. Patients 'perspective on environmental assessment of patients' rights. The study sample consisted of 300 samples divided into 100 doctors, 100 members of nursing staff, 100 patients, sample of 30 experimental samples and 30 control samples. The questionnaire includes a questionnaire prepared by the researcher, an environmental assessment form from the point of view of physicians, an environmental assessment form from the point of view of the nursing staff, an environmental assessment form from the point of view of the patient. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are:
- There is a statistically significant relationship between the qualification and the dimensions of the environmental assessment scale (the institute's location from the outside, inside the institute, the living room, and the total dimensions of the scale).
- There is no statistically significant relationship between (age) and the dimensions of the environmental assessment scale (Institute site from the outside, the institute's living room, and the total dimensions of the EIA). There is a statistically significant relationship between the age variable and the distance.
- There is a very strong positive correlation between the mean dimensions of the scale of the environmental assessment.
- There are statistically significant differences between the sex variable (males and females) of the environmental assessment scale in its dimensions (the institute from abroad, inside the institute, the institute's residence room, and the total degrees of the scale).
- There are statistically significant differences between (doctors, members of the nursing staff) of the environmental assessment scale in its dimensions (the institute from abroad, inside the institute, the institute's living room, and the total degrees of the scale).
- There are statistically significant differences between (doctors and patients) of the environmental assessment scale in its dimensions (Institute from abroad, Institute residence room, total degrees of the scale), and there are no differences in the distance (inside the institute).
- There are statistically significant differences between (patients, members of the nursing staff) for the scale of the environmental assessment in its dimensions (institute from abroad, inside the institute, the institute's residence room, and the total degrees of the scale).
- There are statistically significant differences between the measurements of the tribal and the remote measure of the environmental assessment in its dimensions (the institute from abroad, inside the institute, the institute's residence room, and the total degrees of the scale).
The study recommends:
1- Patients' rights shall be announced in the hospital in different places to inform the patient of their rights and duties.
2 - Giving training courses for doctors and nursing who are more than dealing with the patient, on the rights of social and health patients.

5 - Operating screens in hospitals in the places of rest and waiting, clarify the rights and duties of patients in a simplified way, and the patient to see how to complain if the failure of these rights.
6 - The attention of hospitals to places of waiting patients and rest.
7. The researchers suggest that a walker or park be provided in the hospital to be walked by the patients who allow their condition to walk.
8 - Activation of sections (quality, infection control in hospitals), and give courses on a continuous basis to combat infection.
