A survey of aquatic and terrestrial malacophagous insects associated with snails was carried out during 2016-2018 in Sharquia Governorate. Four terrestrial snails and three aquatic snails were collected. Terrestrial snails were more abundant on clover, wheat, lettuce and faba beans. Aquatic snails were abundant in rice fields. Three aquatic and three terrestrial malacophagous insect species were found associated with the above-mentioned snails. Petrostecus barbarous; a terrestrial arthropod; showed individual and gregarious predation on land snails under laboratory conditions. The predatory activity of this species was studied on Monacha obstructa snails and its eggs. The predator became more voracious in case of gregarious predation as well as on snail eggs. Gregarious predationof Pt. barbarous on M. obstructa snails increased with increasing temperatures. Results suggested the possible role of Petrostecus barbarous Dejean as biological control agent against harmful snails. This paper aims to assist the availability of educational buildings in Mansoura city. Being a community lying in the middle of the Nile delta with no desert extension; it is necessary facilitate the best use for the existing vacant land to prevent the dredging of the surrounding agricultural land. The assessment process is based on the database of the strategic plan for the city; this database is processed using the ArcGIS 10.4.1 software to perform the suggested methodology for studying the present situation. This methodology depends on using the spatial analysis tools in the software used, applying parameters mentioned in the guidelines and standards for a service regarding its effective zone. Results reveal a shortage of abundance in the educational service in the city, so the proposal of the location of the new services location is done also applying the same parameters mentioned previously. The proposed new locations are abiding the directory of distribution of land use activities in Egyptian cities, to determine the type of land use, permitted in each zone of the city according to the nature of suchzone.

Foraging activity and cast composition of the harvester termite, Anacanthotermesochraceuswere studied during 2015-2017 years at Ismailia Governorate. Results revealed the presence of two peaks per year. The first and higher one occurred in March with total number of 373 and 557 individuals caught in 105 traps, representing 13.37 and 20.99 %, during 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 respectively. The second and lower peak occurred in September with total numbers of 34 and 174 individuals caught in 105 traps, representing 1.3 and 6.55%, during both years, respectively. The effect of weather factors (i.e. mean temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, solar radiation and rain fall) was determined using multiple regressions. Results showed highly significant effect in the first year. Multiple regression values explained 77.04% of foraging activity (P= 0.0001). In the second year regression analysis was mostly significant. Multiple regressionexplained61.26% of foraging activity (P= 0.0001). The average percentages of different castes of A. ochraceus were 67.1, 32.7, 0.18 and 0.0 % for workers, nymphs, soldiers and alates during the first year, respectively. Related values were 72.97, 26.65, 0.226 and 0.15 %, respectively in the second year. The food consumption was recorded as 1967.49 and 1651.35 gm in both years, representing 77.16 and 78.22 %,respectively of the offered food. The rate of food consumption during 1

The present study aims at identifying the psychological and social problems facing the homeless young mothers, standing also on the differences between mothers in the care institutions and mothers living outside them (in street). The study focuses on the homeless young mothers in Al-Aml Village and Banaty Society in Cairo governorate. The study sample consists of (20) young mothers in Cairo governorate, divided as follows: (10) young mothers from within the care institution, and (10) young mothers from outside the care institution. The study relies on the analytical-descriptive method. Regarding the data collection, the researcher has used the (Psycho-Social Scale of the Young Mothers) to find out the relationship between the psychological and social problems and the place of residence. The researcher has relied on Maslow's Theory of Needs; since Maslow sees that there are a group of needs that control the individual the emergence of various psychological problems when they are unfulfilled. The dissatisfaction of physiological needs, such as the need to eat, drink and warm up, leads to many psychological problems such as exposure to accidents. In addition, the lack of satisfaction of the need for security as a result of their presence in the street leads to the emergence of many problems that affect the street mother’s child, such problems are for instance, the sense of insecurity, the non-affiliation problem towards the state, or society, the absence of shelter or permanent housing and the dissatisfaction of the need for love and belonging which lead to the emergence of the non-belongingness problem towards the community. The problems of shortage, pedophilia, and aggression as well as the problem of fear of the future and the dissatisfaction of the need for appreciation lead to the feeling of inferiority as well as aggression and the lack of sense of security. Thus, any failure to satisfy the physiological and psychological needs of the mother's child leads to psychological disorder and also leads to various psychological problems. The study has reached several results; there are statistically significant differences between location of residence and dimensions of scale of self-concept as a whole. There are also statistically significant differences between the place of residence (institution / street) and dimensions of scale of psychological and social problems, in favor of the street’s girl

G. Shamroukh
This study aimed at assessing the quality of social and institutional care provided to orphans, especially adolescents Studies indicate the importance of social care in the education of young people, especially within orphanages Which affects the future of society as a whole, , So I thought that I would provide a pilot assessment that could be of help to researchers, caregivers and decision-makers in order to provide better services and to address the problems of adolescent orphans in social welfare institutions.
The research sample was divided into two categories:
• 30 cases of caregivers
• 150 cases of orphaned adolescents living in orphanages, divided into 50 male adolescents and 50 adolescent girls.
The researchers used the descriptive approach using a regular random sample. The researchers used a questionnaire to measure and evaluate the quality of services provided to adolescent orphans based on the four areas of quality of social welfare institutions (environment, infrastructure, equipment, integrated care, child protection, effective management)
Results: The results of the study of the workers confirmed that there are negative results in the field of integrated care and its negative reflection and severe deficiencies in subsequent care programs.
The results of the study also revealed to the children interviewed in the study that the children are not qualified to leave the institution and leave safe for subsequent care.
It was found that the standards applied to these institutions did not include sufficient indicators for subsequent care programs and mechanisms, As well as inadequate rehabilitation and poor training of staff to deal with these young people at this critical stage
The main Recommendations:The results of the research show that there is a severe shortage in the plans of rehabilitation and aftercare. It is necessary to develop a policy of aftercare and a system that applies to all social care homes for social integration so as not to negatively affect the behavior of children From the inability to rely on self and engage in society

The study aimed to develop the environmental responsibility of green technologies technology for the workers in the awareness and information sector in the Sultanate of Oman. Therefore, the researchers prepared a list of techniques of green technology through reference to scientific journals, books and previous studies and opinions of experts and specialists in several Arab and foreign universities. A measure of environmental responsibility was developed using green technology techniques (including the information test - the environmental trends scale by techniques - the measure of behavior responsible for the techniques - the control point). The program was implemented from 23-6 / 4/7/2019, Of 50 media professionals and researchers used the semi-experimental approach.
After the application of the program and the telemetry, the researchers found that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample in the tribal and remote applications of the environmental responsibility measure by green technology techniques for the post application, which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed program.
The researchers recommended that the proposed program should be applied with green technology technologies to a larger segment of media and awareness, as the program has enhanced environmental responsibility by technology.

M. Abd Rabou
The problem of the study can be summarized in the bad situation of economic development in Egypt, which is characterized by the unprecedented of unemployment and inflation rates in recent times, and the shortage of some food commodities, which may be due to the weak role of the small and micro enterprises in Egypt. Hence, the objective of the study is to evaluate the role of micro enterprises in Egypt by studying the current status of one of these enterprises, which also aims at improving the incomes of Egyptian farmers and improving their standard of living. Briefly the study aims at doing the economic and environmental evaluation for IICR project” Improving Incomes and Climate Resiliency”, using an analytical descriptive approach in the analysis of field data obtained through a questionnaire for a sample of 207 farmers from rice and date palm farmers in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate and Siwa oases (targeted by the project). The results of the study indicate the importance of the project in economic and environmental terms. The project achieves high economic and environmental feasibility by improving crop productivity, improving farmers' incomes, providing large quantities of water used for irrigation, and contributing in exploiting and recycling of residuals instead of burning it and causing harmful effects to the environment. Based on these results, the study reached a set of recommendations and suggestions that may contribute directly or indirectly to activate the role of small and micro enterprises in the coming years and to solve the problems facing them. The most important of these recommendations is the need to put an efficient policy to support and activate the role of small and micro-agricultural projects in Egypt during the coming years, and to encourage and facilitate the procedures to establish more training projects such as the project of IICR “Improving Incomes and Climate Resiliency”, in order to train a large number of farmers throughout the Egyptian villages and governorates. PROPOSED FRAMEWORK FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL BUDGET INSIDE THE GOVERNMENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS TO ACHIEVE FIVANCIAL CONTROL AND RATIONALIZATION OF EXPENDITURE

This study drives at setting a proposed framework for preparing an environmental budget within administrative governmental units for achieving financial control and rationalizing expenditure. It also aims to define obstacles and problems of environmental expenditure in the general budget in order to avoid it in programs and performance budget; identifying also on the basic components for applying such budget in Badr City Body, associate to Urban Communities Authority, providing as well the necessary data and information required for perfect financial control, rationalizing expenditure, solving environmental problems, and guarantee non-duplicity in expenditure all over the different administrations in the authority. The study counts on the descriptive-analytical method for describing real cases used in preparing and implementing the general budget, describing the current budget’s problems as well. This study focuses on the analytical-inductive approach to induce results of applying the budget of the programs and performance by using methods and approaches of preparation in field of natural resources conservation, added to that the analysis of data obtained by using statistical scales. This explains why the inductive method is used in study to prepare the proposed framework that exposes how could we benefit from other states' experiments for improving environmental conditions and their ways of expenditure. The study comes to several results, as the applied study proves that Badr City Body has no sufficient information concerning the expenditure of each program separately because the sums allocated in the general budget are total and unclassified. There is also a shortness among officials of the Body about the concept of the programs and performance's budget. Moreover, the organizational structure needs to restructure to be classified and sorted to separate programs, so, their performance can be evaluated, and financial control can be overwhelmed while their expenditures can be rationalized. Regarding the field study, several results are extracted which most important are that the null hypothesis of "there is no significant relationship between applying the budget of programs, performance and treatment of problems of the items' budget" is rejected. Also, the null hypothesis that stipulates that "there is no significant correlation between applying programs and performance's budget and rationalization of environmental expenditure" " is rejected too. The study recommends the necessity to diffuse the concept of the programs and performance's budget among the higher leaders to identify how important this orientation and its demands; in addition to the necessity to spread out this concept to accountants and those in charge of applying the programs and performance's budget and the annual budget preparation at all units. The study recommends that there should be a transfer from monetary basis to benefit's basis that can be applicable on programs and performance's budget. The researcher recommends the need to supply a database on a national level to collect efforts and avoid duplicity in expenditure.
