Knowledge management is the modern administrative solutions and approaches to managing capital, which makes it look like this, exporting them, coordinating them well for knowledge, expression and relationships, storing them, storing them, arranging them when needed and providing them in a timely manner to those who need them, especially in times of crisis, which will improve medical performance and increase Its impact on the local community.
The research aimed to develop a proposed framework that contains several practical models in addition to steps and arranged procedures through which knowledge management processes (creation / acquisition / dissemination / storage) are applied to knowledge of the Nile centers affiliated with the State Information Service and those who contact these centers and employ and return Using this knowledge to contribute to spreading the culture of facing environmental crises in all stages of the crisis ((the stage of detection and early warning (pre-crisis)/ the stage of confronting and containing the damage (during the crisis)/ the stage of restoring activity (after the crisis ends)). This means employing the implicit and explicit experiences, relationships and knowledge of human capital in treating local environmental problems, issues and crises by improving the performance of the contact person through choosing the best communication method and selecting the appropriate strategy for the crisis in all its stages. And the proposed framework includes some indicators that have been reached to follow up the progress of work. The study was based on the descriptive and analytical approach, and this approach was based on a combination of theoretical study and field study. The research community includes officials in the Nile Centers, which were established in 1978 under a memorandum of understanding signed on May 13, 1978 between the State Information Service and the German Hans Seidel Foundation, of which there are 30 centers. A sample of 60 individuals was taken from leaders and experienced people who contact the centers from current employees or pensioners. The problem is the extent to which knowledge management processes can be applied in the Nile centers affiliated to the internal media sector of the State Information Service and its effect on spreading the culture of facing environmental crises in all stages of the crisis through the activities of the communicators.
The research reached the importance of establishing a knowledge management in the Nile centers and transforming the Nile centers into knowledge units that contribute to raising the capabilities of the local community and the individual in the field of environmental protection, facing crises and environmental and societal issues, developing environmental responsibility and raising environmental awareness in order to contribute to improving local conditions for all by making them Partners in dialogue and consultation.
The research recommends that the knowledge entry should be included in the establishment of a knowledge department affiliated with the General Administration of Nile Centers that includes a crisis management unit, a training and communication unit, and a huge electronic archive. Raise the community’s capabilities in the field of environmental protection in several ways, including offering local remedial or preventive initiatives to contribute to solving environmental and societal problems. Experienced by the local community through the Nile centers nationwide,

The current study aims to know the effect of green information technology on raising the efficiency of the employees of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Where information technology was represented by the independent variable, which was measured through several items, namely, Information technology revolution, green information technology, hardware and equipment, software, networks, communication and the human element. As for raising the efficiency of the employees' performance, it is represented by the dependent variable, which was measured through several items, namely. Raising the efficiency and skills of workers, speed in completing work, quality of work, accuracy in completing work without errors, reliability, and consistency on the principle of completing the required work before the specified period. Knowledge of work Full mastery of the skills and duties required at work. The research problem was identified through a group of questions: Is there a difference between IT and green IT? Is there an impactful relationship of green information technology on employee job performance? What are the requirements and results of using green information technology in raising the efficiency of the job performance of state employees? To what extent has the experience of the state’s administrative apparatus in using green information technology? What are the indications that confirm the actual application of green technology when using technology in public administration for optimal use? How important is the application of green technology to the environment and society as a whole? In light of these questions, a set of hypotheses have been formulated to diagnose the reality of the impact of green information technology on the performance of workers in the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, as it is the body responsible for modernizing technology in the country. The researcher relied on obtaining the data on the exploratory study. A questionnaire form was distributed to a randomly selected sample of employees in the ministry, which amounted to (245 employees) at the level of departments and units out of the total employees and was analysed using the (SPSS) program.
The study reached a set of preliminary results, which is the acceptance of research hypotheses that confirm the existence of a relationship and the impact of green information technology on improving the performance of employees. This research seeks to achieve a main objective, which is to measure the impact of safeguards and insurances on workers in nuclear installations in accordance with the laws of nuclear activities, radiation and the environment in Egypt through achieving a set of sub-objectives, namely:
· Learn about the problems faced by workers in nuclear installations in Egypt .
· Determine what safeguards exist for workers in nuclear facilities in Egypt.
· Measuring the impact of safeguards and insurances on the performance of workers in nuclear facilities in Egypt.
· Reaching the best safeguards and insurances for workers in nuclear installations in Egypt, better if possible, and shedding light on the nature of the work of nuclear installations in Egypt.
· Educating workers and monitoring them to adhere to all means of radiation protection and keen to use them while setting the binding procedures to achieve this.
The descriptive analytical approach was relied upon to describe the phenomenon under study, analyze its data, and clarify the relationship between its components, through a questionnaire. (200) people.
The research found:
· There is a substantial, statistically significant relationship to guarantees, insurances, and the performance of workers in nuclear facilities in accordance with the laws of nuclear, radiological and environmental activities in Egypt.
· Nuclear agencies adopted a system of pre-prepared plans to prevent disasters and how to manage the crisis.
· Work to develop the legal rules and laws for the compensation of workers in the field of peaceful uses.
· Lack of attention to professional and legal awareness of the tasks of workers within the Atomic Energy Authority, and the need to update laws to suit the special nature of nuclear activities.
· A decrease in the level of knowledge of workers in the radiation field, which increases human errors and the occurrence of accidents.
Among the most important recommendations:
· Work on more awareness of environmental awareness and its relationship to their work and its impact on reducing the incidence of radiation accidents.
· The need to increase training of workers in radiological systems, and periodic follow-up by continuous examination of workers within the radiological field from psychological aspects.
· The necessity of paying attention to the nuclear field in the Arab countries and their entry into the nuclear club.

Many developing and developed countries alike are striving to attract foreign direct investment because of its impact on economic development, transferring expertise, and development of mechanisms for the business models of the host economy. This research drives at studying foreign investments by analyzing their inflows and their relative importance to Egypt; identifying as well, the reasons that prevent outmost and optimal benefit by drawing on the experiments of some countries. The research also aims to examine foreign direct investment in the field of clean energy in Egypt, to study the patterns of joint cooperation between foreign investments and the various ministries and agencies in the energy field; studying as well, the obstacles that prevent some of the memorandums of understanding signed with foreign companies from being implemented. The practical side of the study is explained through the applied study by analyzing the data issued by the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development using descriptive statistical and inductive measures to test the relationship between the study variables.
The results of the study showed through statistical analysis when testing the hypotheses that there is a positive significant effect between foreign direct investment and the real economic growth rate, and that it contributes to development but in a small amount due to the nature of these investments and their sectoral distribution. There is a positive non-significant impact between foreign direct investment and total exports and imports as a percentage of the gross domestic product. Its impact is negligible and poor, given that the majority of it flows into the petroleum sector. There is also a positive significant impact between foreign direct investment and total human capital as a percentage of the gross domestic product in a small percentage given that the majority of foreign investments do not require large labor. There is a negative significant effect between foreign direct investment of the inflation rate due to its sector distribution which is mostly focused in the petroleum sector and between tourism and real estate.
