The current study aims at revealing the social, psychological and physical variables behind the spread of the electronic marriage agencies, Referring to the massive widening of the online marriages, and because the whole world became open wide due to the tight connection between the world is five continents, it became convenient for all people. This Led to the appearance of new boundaries for marriage, such as these electronic marriage agencies. After the spread of this phenomenon, marriage agencies became of various types and had different goals some support the idea of just getting a couple along together in a righteous way , while others support the same idea apparently, hiding their real wicked intentions, as they may use the youth wickedly to approach their personal obligations and goals, Researchers have set a sample group of (20) males and females from both rural and urban environments, who got married via such electronic sites or agencies at the age of (20) and above. They used analytical descriptive method to compile information from a state-study they prepared previously. They also analyzed The responses of the study sample and it showed the following; Some of the reasons people may rush to these agencies are divorce or social shyness, The electronic marriage agencies helped to overcome some social and psychological problems, such as the embarrassment a female may feel because of being divorced, widowed or having children. It even helped overcoming the risk of a male being rejected after proposing , since a female’s family should have a prior knowledge of the male’s full circumstances , so it’s embarrassment – free, One advantage that makes choosing these agencies helpful is that it makes it easier for people to choose within the immense analogous financial and social standards of both males and females, The study clarified that some disadvantages may include that these agencies lack credibility in presenting information, some people may just join them to have fu, and that some people don’t prefer sharing their personal photos or information in fear they might be used for other purposes.

The theory of social responsibility came up with important principles and its importance emerged from what it advocated, which was the existence of responsible freedom.
Practicing constructive criticism, spreading the goals, values and cultures of society, disseminating information objectively and making it available to all This research aims to describe that theory (social responsibility theory). Explain its concept, elements and importance With a statement of the impact of the environmental variables associated with them (social variables) For example: the variable level of education, work, type of housing, women's status in society, age, marital status and income level And (physical variables) such as the influence of climate, temperature, lighting, noise, ambient temperature, ventilation, and technology effects. The theory of social responsibility first appeared in the fields of economics and public relations in the West after it prevailed due to economic developments, which led to the emergence of the need to compel institutions and establishments to fulfill their social responsibilities. Then the concept of social responsibility moved to the field of media and journalism. In this research, an in-depth interview guide was made, which was applied to a different segment of the National Media Authority’s employees, numbering (30) respondents. The researchers used the descriptive approach to access data that can be categorized and circulated to benefit from it for scientific purposes, and it was the interview’s dependence on the question and the interactive dialogue that prompted us to address it as a data tool for research Among the results of the research: the lack of clarity of the concept of social responsibility in its correct concept among most of the respondents Most of the respondents had more interest in raising the standard of living than interest in social and environmental responsibility, as there was no environmental department within the National Media Authority. Most of the respondents suffer from many health problems as a result of the impact of the direct work environment on them and their exposure to radioactive and electrical hazards and light pollutants within the work environment. And between the National Media Authority and giving workers training courses to raise their environmental awareness.
