This study is mainly concerned with providing a framework that studies the nature of the relationship between inspiring leadership and adapting to change in the quality of the occupational life between the employees of the two universities under study at Ain Shams University and October 6 University at various job levels. The study sample consists of (382) items from all levels of administrative staff. The preliminary data of study was collected through survey (inventory). The survey list is designed and tested directly regarding the purpose and contains closed-ended questions with specific answers. This list was distributed to the targeted sample items. The study uses the descriptive-analytical method.<br /> Regarding the study results: the results of the study showed the validity of the first hypothesis: There is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of inspiring leadership on the quality of the career life of employees at Ain Shams University and the October 6 University under study.<br /> <br /> The results proved validity of the second hypothesis: There is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of adaptation to change on the quality of the occupational life of employees at Ain Shams University and the October 6 University.<br /> Finally, the study presented practical recommendations which most important is to encourage university directors to work with modern concepts in management and using them as an administrative method in their daily work by spreading the culture of inspiring leadership in a practical framework that supports the application automatically. Setting an objective and fair system of wages and remunerations, i.e. attention to increasing wages for workers, especially for middle and supervisory management positions and typical jobs, which leads to an increase in their feelings of enthusiasm and optimism at work.

The study aimed to highlight the importance of the role of environmental governance in improving the environmental performance of hotel and tourism establishments and to explain its impact on the facility's ability to adhere to environmental laws and legislation. The study also aims to set a proposed framework for the application of environmental governance that aims to activate sustainable tourism development by defining the relationship between the application of environmental governance and the quality of environmental performance in tourism companies and their impact on achieving sustainable development. To achieve the goals of the study and access to the best methods and methods for detecting an assessment of the economic and environmental impacts resulting from the application of environmental governance in order to activate and achieve sustainable development and know the extent of its impact on tourism development as a treatment for the study problem, <br />the researchers prepared a survey form as a tool for the field study, and the descriptive approach was used to indicate, interpret and analyze the results of Field study and homework test. <br />The study community represents tourism companies, hotels and tourist villages due to the importance of the environment for sustainable tourism development. The study sample was represented by members of the board of directors, managers, and oversight management staff, and preparing financial statements and references.<br />The results of the study hypothesis test showed that there is a fundamental effect of applying the principle of ensuring an effective framework for environmental governance to achieve sustainable tourism development in enhancing the quality of tourism services. The study recommended the necessity of applying environmental governance in tourist and hotel establishments, paying attention to environmental management systems, and exercising management in accordance with legislation and laws, as well as working to compel it to measure environmental information. And disclosure in the financial reports to enable assessment of the suitability and effectiveness of the environmental performance system with the need to have credibility in the published environmental information, and the need for environmental principles and standards upon which to perform environmental auditing with the presence of an environmental audit department in hotel and tourist establishments. <br />And work to spread environmental awareness regarding the application of environmentally friendly and long-term practices to achieve sustainable tourism development.

The evaluation of the effectiveness of the administrative and technical job performance for the environment of employees in the National Authority for Tunnels is seriously. In fulfilling his responsibility, the authority set a set of standards, policies and guidelines for applying integrated procedures to address administrative and technical job performance for me using modern technology, operating procedures, and proper organization of the metro movement, and using the best options, and the study aimed to determine the main goal is to try to identify the evaluation of employee performance For the environment of workers in the National Authority for Tunnels in the first and third lines. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach to extrapolate the study population using a questionnaire designed by the researchers by applying to a sample consisting of (100) individual workers, engineers, accountants, technicians, other works, and administrators. National tunnels in the first and third streak, there is a statistically significant relationship between the evaluation of the administrative performance of workers and its environment For the first and third.<br /> The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between evaluating the job performance of workers and the environment of the National Authority for Tunnels in the first and third lines? Is there a statistically significant relationship between evaluating the administrative performance of workers and its environment in the National Authority for Tunnels in the first and third lines?<br /> The study recommended that the managers encourage and motivate the positive points. The authority is concerned with providing the necessary training to deal with the environmental system of the authority and for all employees.
