INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT OF MEDICAL WASTE HANDLING STATE OF KUWAIT
The objective of the study is to find available alternative methods to reach integrated healthcare waste management in the state of Kuwait. Such methods would minimize the risks result from medical waste that affects healthcare staff, public health, and the environment and to help bring the Kuwait ministry of health legislation closer to Kuwait Environment Public Authority standards and legislation. A survey among a sample of 386 staff of 6 governmental hospitals in state of Kuwait indicates that there is lack in cleaner’s knowledge. A field visit to the governmental hospital indicates that there is a lack of provision of materials for the safe disposal of medical waste. Analyze 9 samples using (HRGC/HRMS) instrument indicate that emission of dioxin and furan is within (KPEA) limits, but the level of emissions is increase depending on different factors, also analyses 7 samples of bottom ash in (ICPOES) classified it as hazard waste. This study concludes that reduce (PCDD’s and PCDF’s) depend on human, technical legal factors, and using environmentally friendly alternatives methods instead of or assistant to the process of medical waste incineration.

ASSESSMENT OF CURATIVE EFFECT OF USING STEM CELLS ON THE CONTROL OF PESTICIDE DAMAGING EFFECT ON LIVER
causes of death worldwide. Regenerative medicine as stem cells therapy is a newly rapidly developing field in which diseased tissues are regenerated.
Aim: To evaluate the effectiveness of stem cell on liver degeneration induced by Chlorpyrifos as an organophosphorus insecticide widely used in agriculture in Egypt, and Comparing its efficacy with silymarin and colchicine as antifibrotic agents used in liver fibrosis.
Methods: Induction of liver degeneration and fibrosis by Chlorpyrifos (CPF) for 8 weeks to Swiss albino mice in randomly divided groups (B, C and D) and a control healthy group (A), each group composed of 15 mice. Group (C) was treated with oral silymarin and colchicine and group (D) was treated with intra-peritoneal injection of Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) (10 6 cells / mouse) after induction of liver fibrosis. After 4 weeks of treatment, all mice were sacrificed, blood was collected for chemical analysis (liver functions tests: Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), Albumin, Bilirubin). Histopathological evaluation and grading were assessed by H& E stain. Results: ALT, AST and Albumin were significantly improved in groups C and D. Bilirubin and liver tissue grading were significantly reduced in group D, with insignificant reduction in group C.
Conclusion: Treatment with MSCs may improve liver functions tests (ALT, AST, Albumin, and Bilirubin) and liver fibrosis. While, treatment with colchicine and silymarin does not improve the liver fibrosis, nor improves total serum bilirubin, but may improve ALT, AST and Albumin.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION PROBLEM DUE TO ELECTRONIC WASTES
Electronic devices are intended to create our existence better-off and meeker; however they have harmless materials, their removal besides reprocessing converts a healthiness terrible. The situation had entered each part of our existence besides most of us not ensure whatever occurs to these devices after we remove otherwise upgrading. The usage of these devices had increased nowadays also proportion, the amount of electronic wastes that are getting rid of, stay rising quickly through civilization. E-waste stays a developing difficult specified the sizes of e-waste being increasing plus the content of both toxic and worthy materials in them. This fast increasing waste flow is go faster due to the universal corner for personal computers (PC) is away from fullness also the normal lifetime of a PC is declining speedily.

EVALUATION OF EXOGENOUS FIBROLYTIC ENZYME SUPPLEMENTATION TO IMPROVE FEED UTILIZATION IN RUMINANTS
Exogenous fibrolytic enzyme (EFE) have been shown to increase daily gain and feed efficiency in feedlot animals. So, this study aimed to evaluate effect of using EFE on productive performance of growing lambs. sixteen Barkey lambs (3 months old, 22.31± 1.57 kg) were randomly assigned into two groups, 8 lambs for each according to live body weight. The first group (control) was fed control rations without EFE supplementation, while treated group were fed the control ration plus 2.5 g exogenous fibrolytic enzyme. The groups fed ration supplemented with EFE recorded higher DM, TDN and digestible CP intake. Supplementation of lambs ration with EFE showed no significantly effect on rumen liquor TVFA's and ammonia concentration at 0, 3 and 6 hrs post feeding. While Supplementation of lambs ration with EFE significantly increased rumen liquor pH at 0, 3 and 6 hrs after feeding compared to the control group. Exogenous fibrolytic enzyme significantly improved nutrients digestibility as dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, crude fiber, nitrogen free extract, neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) as well as feeding values as TDN and digestible crude protein. Exogenous fibrolytic enzyme supplementation to lambs ration showed numerically increased (P>0.05) in plasma total protein concentration compared to lambs fed ration not supplemented. While albumin, globulin, triglycerides and creatinine concentration and Alanine Transaminase(ALT), Aspartate Transaminase(AST), alkaline phosphates activity were not significantly (P>0.05) affected by Direct-Fed Microbial (DFM) supplementation. Total gain and average daily gain significantly increased (P≤0.05) for group received rations supplemented with EFE compared to control group. Also supplementation lambs rations with EFE significantly (P≤0.05) improved feed conversion as DM, TDN, CP and DCP compared to the control group. It could be concluded that supplementing lambs ration with EFE resulted in increase feed intake and digestibility, consequently increased average daily gain and feed conversion without any adverse effect on animal health and performance.
