DETECTION OF CHROMOSOMAL ABNORMALITIES AND SPERM DISOMY IN IDIOPATHIC SEVERLY INFERTILE MALES DUE TO ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
The association between infertility and sperm disomy is well documented. Results vary but most report that men with severely compromised semen parameters have a significantly elevated proportion of disomic sperm. Recently, many studies have found a decrease in semen quality due to occupational hazards . Generally, occupational exposures have been divided into physical exposures (heat and radiation), chemical exposures (solvents and pesticides), psychological exposures (distress), exposure to metals and welding. This study aimed to determine the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities andsperm disomy in infertile men with idiopathic severe oligoasthenoteratozoospermia (OAT) and in idiopathic infertile males with normal semen parameters who were exposed to various environmental factors . Thirty male subjects were included in this study ten infertile men with severe OAT ( group 1) , ten with idiopathic infertile men with normal semen parameters ( group 2) and ten fertile male as control (group 3). The participants of both groups (group 1 and group 2) were exposed to various hazardous environmental factors such as physical and chemical factors and personal habits .Through clinical examination and lab investigations semen analysis and hormonal assays were done . Cytogenetic studies were done that included FISH assessment of sperm using cocktail X,Y prope to detect the disomic level of chromosomes X and Y .Total disomy percent showed non significant difference within the three groups. Total disomy percent showed significant positive correlation with the number of environmental factors in severe OAT patients and idiopathic infertile patients. Age showed non significant positive correlation with total disomy percent within the three groups.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS OF SOME EGYPTIAN ELECTRIC ARC FURNACE SLAG UNDER DIFFERENT COOLING RATES
Electric arc furnace (EAF) slag is a byproduct materials its chemical composition more closely to the cement clinker and composed mainly from different types of calcium silicate minerals. EAF slag utilization is limited due to the presence of polluting heavy metals (Cr, Ba, V, etc.) that can be dangerous to the human health and the environment. This research studies the chemical, mineralogical, and the environmental impacts of some Egyptian EAF slag with different cooling rates. The environmental impacts of the studied slag showed that all heavy metals except vanadium and chromium was found to be very low. From the leaching test the reuse or the uncontrolled dumping of the air cooled Egyptian EAF slag without a previous treatment can have negative effects on the environment in the long term. The cooling rate affects significantly the leaching of Cr, without a significant relation of the original slag Cr content. From the boiling test it was cleared that the percent of Free CaO and/or MgO in Egyptian EAF samples was negligible (∼0) so that they have volume stability to be used as construction materials.

CHARACTERIZATION AND TREATMENT OF LIQUID WASTES FROM SOME ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY LABS BY USING SODIUM SULFIDE
Chemical laboratories discharge their liquid wastes to the general sewerage network without treatment. This work aimed to remove heavy metals from inorganic liquid wastes generated from the laboratories of inorganic analytical chemistry. Liquid waste samples were collected from some analytical laboratories (refractory, cement and masonry materials). The method for treatment involve chemical precipitation of the heavy metals in the form of metal sulfides using sodium sulfide, which was added to the liquid wastes at different pH values, and then allowed to settle. Based on the results obtained in the current study, single precipitation at pH value equal to 7 using sodium sulfide is considered the best method to be used for the removal of heavy metals from the liquid wastes of inorganic chemistry laboratories. It can be seen that, for Pb, Zn, Fe and Al, the removal efficiency reached 99.89%, 99.96%, 99.91%, 99.99%, respectively. In regards to Cr removal efficiency reached 45.03% at pH 5 while at pH11 it reached 81.05%. It can be concluded that the resulted effluent after treatment comply with the regulations set by law.

MITIGATION OF METHANE EMISSION FROM RICE FIELDS USING DIFFERENT NITROGEN TYPES AND RICE VARITIES
An experimental study was conducted to investigate the effect of different nitrogen fertilizers and rice cultivars on CH4 emission from a rice paddy. The experiment was designed with two nitrogen fertilizer types, (ammonium sulfate and urea). Two rice cultivars (Giza 177 and Sakha106) were used for the plots experiment. Each experiment replicated triply. Methane flux was measured at different growth stages for the two rice cultivar treated with ammonium sulfate or urea fertilizer. There was significantly increase in methane emission fluxes due to plantation of Sakha106 rice as a comparison of two rice varieties, Moreover, ammonium sulfate treatment significantly reduced CH4 emissions by 50 to 55 % emissions compared to urea plots, also results indicated that the combination of (NH4)2SO4 application and sakha 106 rice. It was concluded that the CH4 emission was dependent on the type of nitrogen fertilizer and rice varieties in Egypt paddy soils.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND THE EMERGENCE OF CERTAIN TYPES OF MENTAL DISTURBANCES AMONG THE POPULATION OF THE SLUMS IN THE CITY OF CAIRO
There is no doubt that poverty as one of the environmental problems of the most important role to play roles in the reality of contemporary Egyptian life. And poverty converts between man and the achievement of economic and social level desirable and acceptable. Developing countries experiencing the phenomenon of inflation and growth of urban growing in a continuous and increasing population density and the approach of the population in many urban environments, to the point of saturation The result was the emergence of many environmental problems that afflict these environments, the most important problem of housing, transportation and non-availability of facilities and basic services in these cities There are areas in the city of Cairo is the environments in which the deprivation of basic needs of life and health, social and psychological comfort and low economic level, which are impeding the adjustment to achieve a psychological sense and appropriate behavior and the formation of positive attitudes towards society and towards the other These areas have several pictures are in the graves population, slum dwellers and the margins are here to point out the need to provide adequate housing for the upbringing of children as provided by the housing of the safety, comfort and relaxation and a sense of humanity to enjoy mental health. These areas lack basic services to utilities such as water, sanitation and electricity. Has made various research in these areas that 35% of the buildings do not reach them with drinking water and that 55% of the buildings do not have waste water as well as deprivation of cleaning services. And lacking in these areas are also to recreational services, whether in the form of open recreational areas such as gardens, parks or sports fields. Or recreational areas such as the cinema closed.
So we find that there is no outlet for residents of the center of this massive accumulation of buildings and population in addition to the lack of reserves to face the problems that occur in the region like wildfire and the various incidents The quality of life in this slum areas is very low in many districts the standard of living for a human in terms of essential goods and basic services needed by the individual and which should not be this low level for a certain extent, a reduction which remains on the human life
The underdevelopment states witness currently the phenomenon of urban inflation, being continuously increasing in addition to the phenomenon of over population.
Research Objective: the current study drives at identifying one of the critical problems the Egyptian society is suffering from, namely, identifying the quality of life residents in poor quarters in Cairo (slums), and identifying the behavioral patterns of these areas’ dwellers such as aspects of psychological disorders. Method: this research uses the descriptive (qualitative) method. Research Sample: the study sample consists of (180) families dwellers in Cairo city quarters, divided into (90) poor families and (90) middle-level families.
Research tools: the researcher uses several scales to achieve the study targets as follows:
1- Scale of Psychological disorders (depression – anxiety) – by researcher.
2- Questionnaire of quality of Life (analysis of the social environment and the physical environment) – by researcher.
The most important results: the study comes to these results:
1- There is a correlation between the environment’s physical variables of the lodging and emergence of psychological disorders.
2- There is a correlation between the environment’s social variables of the housing and emergence of psychological disorders.
3- There is a correlation between the environment’s physical variables and gratification of life.
Recommendations:
1- Consider providing the appropriate house for those people for a healthy life and feeling human, a house that should have services and utility.
2- Providing the appropriate income to make individuals satisfied for their lives and reduce the possibility of having psychological disorders.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEENACADEMICSUPERIORITY AND PATTERNS OF INFORMAL CONTROL - A FIELD- COMPARATIVES STUDY ON SOME PREPARATORY STAGE STUDENTS FROM TWO VARIANT ENVIRONMENTS IN CAIRO
It came this study to reveal control methods, both formal and non-formal schools in middle school, and their role in achieving compliance with the students, and to create an atmosphere conducive to excel, so the students are affected by the exercise of management authority to exercise dictatorship or democracy or chaotic loose, and this is because of the different control methods which are used to achieve that goal, but the different educational leaders in terms of their skills and their attributes, and their perception of the needs of students and their problems and how to deal with it, and its impact on the compliance of the students in order to achieve academic excellence desired. It is a theme of social control a strong and growing interest by scientists and researchers because of its importance, because he is considered a factor in behavior as it is a social process involving several factors determine human behavior and group seizes the actions of its members. The school in the modern era is the school tool with a mandate to socialization task, and took it upon themselves to do those jobs that the family failed to do, and then interest in them has increased as a body of social control as they complete what it started the other institutions of the educational business tool, and a tool correction of errors education that might be committed by other systems in the community, and a tool for coordinating the efforts of social systems (Abdullah Rashdan, 1999.128).

PSYCHOLOGICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL VARIABLES ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRAFFICKING OF WOMEN A COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN RURAL AND URBAN AREAS
The present study aims at revealing the deal marriage as a crime; this marriage is a marriage of a young girl to an old man and this is done legally within Egyptian society, as the husband could be elderly holding Egyptian nationality or of any Arab country, but he owns the money that tempt the girl's family to fulfill this marriage. Deal marriage has numerous forms like the enjoyment marriage, Al-Misyaar and customary marriage that make it become the worst kinds exceeding limits of human trafficking, using the guise of religion as it leads to the spread out of many sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea and the AIDS because it occurs between different nationalities in negligence for the medical examination procedures should be fulfilled before marriage. All international charters have prohibited the practice of slavery in all its forms and manifestations, being stated in Article IV of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights claiming that "No one shall be held in slavery or excluded and that slavery or servitude are prohibited and so slavery trade is also prohibited in all their forms".
The current study is interested in the analysis and understanding of the nature of the conduct of self-trafficking in a group of ladies experienced the experiment of the deal marriage. The current study sample consists eight cases, four women from the countryside (Hawamdia city), village of Manawat and four others representing urban city of Hawamdia. The most important findings of study through application of Al-Rorchakh Test and physical and social environment analysis scale show that the qualitative analysis indicates that the responses of the researched women are somewhat varied due to their young age, which is an indication of lack of awareness and lack of movement and colors responses, reflecting their suffering from psychological problems and conflicts that came evident in several cards. We noted that most of the responses are represented in animals and this is due to the rural environment in which they lived in; it also seemed clear in emotional turmoil relationship toward the mother, and upset relations with all members of the family, or in the intimate relationship with the spouse, and hostile feelings toward the father, reflecting the Oedipus state. All cases agree upon suffering from loneliness, isolation and rejection from others, and evasion of responsibility, and the expression of anxiety feelings in general, the ability to face reality and get out of the conflict, feeling of dissatisfaction, a negative look, pessimistic about life, and about the man who is in their lives, in addition to dissatisfaction and conflicts concerning sexuality.

THE SUITABLE CROP PATTERN IN TOSHKA REGION – UPPER EGYPT - UNDER THE CONDITION OF THE AVAILABLE ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES
The research was attempting to access the most appropriate crop pattern in Toshka to raise the use of the available environmental resources for agricultural development in the region. It has been shown an existence of scarcity of the current cultivated lands compared with the total area and /or the reclaimed area in the region .where it is not exceeding than 38.600 feddan which represent 7.15% of the total area (540.000) feddan. while the reclaimed area is about 263.600 feddan (48.8 % of the total area). The Sheikh Zayed Canal is considered the main source of water in the region . which was supposed to stretch for about 320 kilometers. but what has been drilled about 60 km including the four branches of the canal. which leads to water scarcity in the region and this affects the productivity of the cultivated crops.
The study found the following results:
1. The importance of vegetables cultivation. especially tomatoes. onions. cucumbers. beans. okra. green pepper.
2 - The importance of contain the cropping pattern for some fodder crops as alfalfa and cowpea fodder.
3 - The importance of cultivating important economic crops such as wheat. barley. corn. peanuts and perennial crops such as grapes. palm and olives.
4 – The importance of the re-consider how to manage the available water and land resources in the region to gain the better exploit the potential of the area planted with high profitability crops.
5 - The importance of the use of modern technology such as the use of the irrigation methods (spray - drip) and the use of agricultural mechanization to achieve greater rates of agricultural development in the region.
6 – The variation of the crop cultivation area vary greatly depending on the area studied (current cultivated area – the reclaimed area. which cultivated with the current growing plants or with the suggested plants).

This study aims to assessing the effective role that Environmental Policies play in achieving the industrial development through working inside free export zones, which occupied a major space of economists and politicians concerns whether in the developed or developing countries. These zones were established to attract, localize investments and as they considered one of economic development priorities. Due to the intensive competition that the world witnesses, it was necessary for all different types of organizations to find a shelter that protect them from the storms of change that characterizes the global market.
This study reveals that the existence and sustainability of industrial organizations depend mainly on their commitment with applying the environmental policies through adopting the principle of preventing pollution at its source. Accordingly, the industrial organization endeavors to assess its current environmental position, adopts techniques of green production technologies, takes over polices of energy and resources rationalization, minimizing emits and pollutants. In addition to, using measures that target reducing the flow of wastes to increase recyclability, achieve competitiveness and access to global markets.
It was revealed after studying the impact of current Environmental Policies that they don't reflect the quantity and quality of environmental issues already existed inside the free export zones, some of which, (Safe disposal of hazardous wastes and Solid wastes). As well as, the current environmental legislations don't keep pace with the continuous acceleration occurred in industrial development, which leads to a significant gap between what is stipulated in the law and the real practice.
