A PROPOSED PROGRAM IN PREVENTIVE EDUCATION FOR DEVELOPING ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS WITH RISKS AND WASTE OF LABORATORIES AMONG PRACTICAL FACULTIES STUDENTS
The purpose of this research is to measure the effectiveness of a proposed program in preventive education for developing environmental awareness of the risks of laboratory waste for students of practical faculties. For achieving this goal, literatures and previous researches have been examined, and experts have been questioned in the attached field. An environmental awareness scale for the risks and waste of laboratories has been prepared for students of practical faculties. Also, a scale of behavior of students’ performance in their faculties’ laboratories has been presented to the arbitrators. A program which main target is to develop the awareness of students of practical faculties towards the concept of preventive education and developing environmental and preventive awareness to protect students from the risks and waste of laboratories and to make sure that their safety and protection is an important axis of the educational process. The researcher has selected the research group from junior students of practical colleges (human medicine, oral medicine, biotechnology) at Egypt University for Science and Technology. Pre and post measurements are applied to the experimental group, results are monitored, data has been analyzed and the results have been discussed. Results show that there are statistically significant differences between average scores of the experimental group students on scale of environmental awareness of the risks and wastes of laboratories of practical faculties and the scale of behavior of students’ performance in their faculties’ laboratories, pre/post application of the program, in favor of the post-application. The research recommends the necessity for increasing attention and strengthening preventive education programs to develop environmental awareness of the risks and waste of laboratories and train practical colleges’ students in order to take the necessary precautions for their protection.

THE ROLE OF PRESS IMAGE IS SOME NEWS PAPERS IN TREATING ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES AND DEVELOPING WNVIRONMENTAL ATTITUDES FOR THE AUDIENCE
The image in general and the press image in particular has become an important visual and semantic attraction factor, but the press image has become one of the most important means of promoting the editorial material that accompanies it, and it reflects its content and essence in contrast to the emotional effects the image carries on the recipient who can form his psychological trends after reading the image accompanying the material One of the reasons for this study presented by researchers was the interest in studying the use of the press image in dealing with environmental issues, as they discovered the absence of employing the press image in dealing with environmental issues. Rather, previous studies did not address very little to that press situation despite the press image A major role in serving the rest of the press issues. The researchers used the sample survey approach for both the analytical and field sides, in addition to using the quasi-experimental approach, in contrast to the use of research tools that benefit from the current study, including a content analysis form (form and content) to conduct a study to determine the role of the press image in addressing environmental issues, where the sample was chosen from The study newspapers for 366 issues from all the newspapers (Akhbar Al-Youm + Al-Akhbar), Al-Wafd, and Al-Watan for the year 2016 starting from January 1, 2016 and ending on December 31, 2016, in addition to designing an environmental trends scale and after ensuring its validity and reliability, it was applied to 35 newspaper readers as it ended Research with a number of results, the most important of which are: Most newspapers neglected to highlight environmental issues on the top of their pages, and the study revealed the existence of significant differences due to the variation in editorial policy interests by including the press image with the news and published topics, and the study newspapers' interests, as well as the editorial policy, came to include environmental images with environmental issues and topics. Very weak, and below the required level, and the ranking of environmental images ranked eighth among the published press issues and topics, which indicates that To me there is a lack of interest in the environmental image in dealing with environmental issues. The research ended with a number of results, the most important of which are: that the majority of newspapers neglected to highlight environmental issues on the top of their pages. The study also revealed that there are significant differences due to the variation in editorial policy interests by including the press image with the news and published topics. A MODEL FOR PREPARING ENVIRONMENTAL BULLETIN IN TELEVISION ACCORDING TO DIMENSIONS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR DEVELOPING ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPECTATORS
This study aimed at identifying nature of treating environmental issues that were included in the bulletin and measuring effectiveness extent of environmental bulletins models that were produced on developing environmental responsibilities for a sample of spectators according to dimensions of sustainable development. As a result, the researchers used the descriptive and semi experimental methodology. The researchers prepared a list of environmental issues. Preparing content analysis form, a sample of news bulletins were analyzed, models of environmental bulletins were prepared according to a list of environmental issues that was prepared, responsibility scale was pre post applied on spectators’ sample consisting of (30) subjects. The researchers concluded that there was a shortage in displaying and treating environmental issues introduced by news bulletins, the results indicated the effectiveness of produced environmental bulletins models on developing environmental responsibility for a sample of spectators. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between pre and post application of the scale as a whole at significance (0.05) in favor of post application with an average of (16.8) of pre scale and (66.67) of post scale. The researchers recommended inclusion of news environmental bulletins models that were produced as a fixed part in news bulletins and producing more environmental bulletins that treat different environmental issues, preparing an integrated training program of communicators for developing environmental perceptions and skills in the method of introducing and dealing with environmental issues, T.V channels pay attention to bulletins that discusses the environmental issues for spectators’ awareness and displaying the environmental issues and their latest developments and their impact on their daily lives by the aim of developing environmental responsibility for spectators, interest in discussing environmental issues by the existence of specialists, issuing periodical reports about negatives and positives of media coverage of environmental issues in T.V channels.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF GIRL AND WOMAN CLUB IN YOUTH CENTERS FOR DEVELOPING ENVIRONMENTAL CITIZENSHIP
The aim of the current research is to identify the extent of the effectiveness of the girls 'and women's clubs program in youth centers in Cairo governorate in developing environmental citizenship, as well as to overcome the negatives that hinder its effectiveness and to develop a vision for developing environmental citizenship through the girls' and women's clubs in youth centers. A program for the development of environmental citizenship was set up in the girls 'and women's clubs in youth centers in Cairo governorate, and this program was applied to a group of fifty members in the girls' and women's clubs in youth centers (Mr. Zainab - Al-Qubbah - Al-Amiriya - Ahmed Esmat), where an application of the environmental citizenship scale was implemented The component of four basic dimensions (the concept of environmental citizenship - environmental participation - personal responsibility or collective action - environmental justice) before the implementation of the proposed program and then re-apply the environmental citizenship measure to them after the completion of the implementation of the program, which was applied at the rate of one session every month each One of the four girls' and women's clubs on which the program was applied over a period of twelve months, and the first session was devoted to the pre-application of the scale, and the twelfth session was devoted to ending the program and conducting the post application, while the sessions from the second to the eleventh were dedicated to the proposed program and the general objective was For the program to develop environmental citizenship among members of the girls' and women's clubs in youth centers in Cairo governorate, using the cooperative education strategy, as for the sub-goals of For the program, it consisted in the member of the girls' and women's clubs in the youth centers able to determine: The concept of environmental citizenship - dimensions of environmental citizenship - environmental participation - environmental justice - personal responsibility towards the environment - working in a team to protect the environment When preparing the program, the researchers took into account the following: Dimensions of environmental citizenship - characteristics of the age stage of female and girl club members (from 18 years to 35 years) - the nature of the society in which the program will be implemented. The experimental method was used in this research with a quasi-experimental design. The results of the research proved that there are deficiencies in the programs offered in the girls ’and women’s clubs in the youth centers in developing environmental citizenship, and that the program prepared for the development of environmental citizenship has greatly contributed to the development of environmental citizenship among young people, and this was evident through the results of the research after the implementation of the proposed program , Where it was found that there are statistically significant differences in environmental citizenship among members of the girls' and women's clubs in youth centers to whom the program was applied. The research recommended the following: 1. The implementation of the environmental citizenship development program in all girls' and women's clubs in youth centers. 2. The programs of the girls' and women's clubs in the youth centers must be included for the dimensions of environmental citizenship (awareness of the concept of environmental citizenship - the trend towards environmental participation (team work) - personal environmental responsibility - the trend towards environmental 3. Rehabilitation and training of supervisors for girls ’and women’s clubs in youth centers, so that they are able to transmit, instill and develop environmental citizenship among members of the girls’ and women's clubs in youth centers.
