The study relied on the experimental approach using two groups of students, the experimental group and the control group, each group consists of 20 students, and two tools have been adopted to measure the outcome and effectiveness of the strategy used in teaching, namely the achievement test, and a scale of awareness of the importance of societal participation after ensuring their suitability, validity and reliability for application. The most important results of the study were to ensure the validity of the main hypothesis of the study, which indicates that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post applications of the experimental and control groups on the scale of awareness of the importance of societal and environmental participation among the students of the preparatory stage, in favor of the post application, at a significant level (0.5).
