ASSESSMENT OF THE PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF PRODUCED WATER FROM SARIR OIL FIELD IN SIRT BASIN, LIBYA
Production of oil and gas is accompanied with large volumes of produced water. Produced water is separated from the oil and gas and either re injected into the reservoir or discharged to the environment. Therefore, evaluation of produced water characteristics is very important and essential for both environmental and reservoir management. Produced water is a very complex mixture and contains different compounds that can have negative impact on the environment and economic problems associated with oil and gas production. This study has evaluated the characterization properties of produced water in Sarir oil field. The evaluation included the analysis of physio-chemical parameters e.g. pH, salinity, total dissolved solids (TDS), cations and anions constituents. These parameters show a wide variation from well to another.

COMPARISON BETWEEN DIFFERENT TISSUES USING INNOVATED METHODS IN EXTRACTION OF DNA FOR IDENTIFICATION OF CORPSE IN CASE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTERS, EXPLOSIONS AND FIRES
Introduction: Every disaster is unique and involves interplay of different factors and circumstances such as nature of disaster, number of victims and extent of body fragmentation that ultimately challenges the disaster response planning. Sample preference for DNA analysis can help in proper management of the disaster .Since a disaster is a chaotic environment that can complicate effective identification of the remains. With some planning, and proper sample selection we can reduce stress for those involved in the identification process thus increasing the probability that all recovered samples are identified.
Aim of the Work: To recognize and decide which human tissue is preferred over the other for DNA tests for human identification for available samples saved from different environmental disasters .Therefore we can decide which sample is preferred over the other if available. , Based on the DNA yield obtained from different human tissues.
Materials and Methods: This cross sectional laboratory based study was conducted at the Egyptian Forensic Medicine Authority (EFMA) at Sayda Zaynab. From May 2016 to April 2017 and tested using manual Qiagen extraction kit or Qiagen automated kit using EZ1.
Extracted DNA was then quatified using Quatifiler® Human DNA Quatification kit by Step one Real Time PCR.
Samples were amplified using AmpFlSTR R Identifiler R plus PCR Amplification Kit (Life Technologies Applied Biosystems). Amplified PCR products were run electrophorethically on a 3130xl or 3500 Genetic Analyzer (Life Technologies Applied Biosystems)
Results: Comparison between different tissues recovered from the site of different disasters showed that dry blood stain have better DNA(Deoxyribonucleic acid) yield and STR(Short Tandem Repeat ) results followed by fresh tissue. Moreover cartilage samples are preferable to bone samples concerning DNA yield and STR results. Finally skin followed by teeth had the least DNA yield.
Conclusion: During sample selection of collected tissue parts and fragments it is preferable to get a dry blood sample if available , if not try to select fresh muscle tissue if not available search for hair with roots then selection of cartilage gave better results than bone concerning DNA yield and STR results leaving skin then teeth as the last choice.

MATHEMATICAL MODELING AND TESTING OF A REVERSED STIRLING CYCLE WATER DISPENSER
One of the most attention-grabbing concerns nowadays is the global warming and environmental impact of different machines. Also, the depletion of the fossil fuel is another important issue which increases the philosophy of developing low power consuming machines. The traditional refrigeration machines, vapor compression machines, have two disadvantages namely: the use of environmental harmful refrigerants and the large amount of input power needed to produce the desired cold. The Stirling cycle is thought to be an alternative for the previously mentioned machines; since it have the ability to be reversed. As the Stirling cycle is reversed, it could be used as refrigerator and heat pumping machine. Several advantages are achieved from using the reversed Stirling cycle including; compact lightweight machines, environment friendly working fluids, quiet machines, fast cool-down technology and the lowest required input power; since the Stirling machines have the highest possible efficiency of the Carnot cycle. A reversed Stirling machine is adopted to be used as a water dispenser for supplying fresh cold/hot water. A schematic diagram for the reversed Stirling dispenser machine was prepared and a mathematical model was set. The different geometrical and operational conditions were optimized to achieve the desired water temperatures at lowest possible input power and obtain acceptable cooling/ heating capacities at reasonable COP. The different machine parts was then manufactured according to the theoretical results and assembled together. The machine was coupled to an electrical motor and tested at different operational conditions. The performance of the machine was evaluated based on the theoretical results. A reasonable cooling/ heating capacities were obtained and subzero temperatures were achieved at no load conditions.

COST ASSESSMENT OF PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN EGYPT
The construction industry is concerned with satisfying its customers’ needs through delivering projects that achieve their objectives and meet their expectations on time, within budget and as specified. Despite the several housing programmers constructed by government authorities, there is a real housing problem for the poor. This problem is attributed to a number of reasons. Amongst them, the inability of the low-incomers to cover the cost of supplied houses and the lack of the constructed projects to achieve users’ satisfaction. This highlighted the need to develop innovative and creative solutions that can deliver housing projects that achieve the satisfaction of their users and at the most-cost effective manner simultaneously. This aim will be achieved through incorporating the concepts of Value Engineering and Risk Management in developing housing projects for the poor. Towards this aim, this paper attempts to accomplish three main objectives. Firstly, reviewing the historical development of housing projects, the concepts of customer satisfaction, VE and RM in construction. Secondly, identifying the capability of VE and RM and their benefits for developing housing projects for the poor. Thirdly, presenting learned lessons extracted from case studies of low-income housing projects constructed by the government of the Egypt. Finally, outlining the research recommendations for government authorities, design firms and construction professionals concerned with housing projects for the poor.

"The present study relied on the ecological approach social interaction takes place within a given geographical area and also relies on the anthropological approach where requires the observation of the study community closely to know the form of social construction by relying on a selection information to take clear information about the study community, scientific research tools, direct observation, news and interview, either on the human field, the research sample exceeds 100 families were selected. The research was conducted on of the Awlad Ali in Marsa Matruh in Egypt. The time domain is the period from September to the beginning of December 2017. The main findings of the study are the extent of the influence of women's status and status in light of the prevailing values in the family and society. To reach a functional role of the role of women in the means of control of INFORMAL and non-INFORMAL with the AWLAD Ali, and also the role of the mother of women in strengthening the sense of Awlad belonging to these AWLAD ALI, as well as the methods pursued by women in children the principles of religious knowledge education, and the extent of women's magical beliefs. The steady also reached several suggestions and recommendations based on the previous perception of the roles of women. It is not necessary when we talk about the development of women in the AWLAD ALI add new roles or imagine that development is done through more work for women, And the basic factor that can serve the development of Egyptian society is to call for greater participation of men and women in the field of economic work by creating a climate conducive to the development of women's performance of their roles, which the society deems appropriate to promote them effectively and efficiently. Women in AWLAD ALI need special attention. They represent a different pattern from that. Women's AWLAD ALI education and their full opportunity in education at different levels are one of the main strategies for improving their cultural and social level. This is the main way to improve their efficiency in their roles.
