This study aimed to identify the role of NGOs in rationalizing the use of local community resources in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and to reveal the obstacles that limit the role of social forces in the Egyptian society from fulfilling its mission that has branches in Egypt in disseminating the development of Egyptian community resources, along with a description of the nature The relationship between the state and the social forces represented by governmental and non-governmental organizations and private organizations specialized in social work within the framework of organizing and rationalizing the use of community resources. And trying to activate the recent trends in managing social forces in the Egyptian society to develop their capabilities, especially financial and human, in order to play its role as an effective partner in the field of local development of community resources. The study combined the inductive approach and the exploratory study. The study combined the inductive approach and the social survey of a sample of local societies with local funding and another sample with foreign funding based in Egypt, by applying to a sample that was intentionally chosen from the target sample, which are managers and workers in departments and departments Responsible for managing, organizing, and rationalizing the use of community resources in NGOs, as well as a targeted sample randomly selected from the beneficiaries enrolled in the association for the study sample. The form was applied to the sample of the study, which amounted to (151) singles distributed (131) singles at a rate of (86.6%) for the sample of associations with local funding, compared to (20) singles with a percentage of (13.2%) for the sample of societies with foreign funding and the study used the (constructive functional theory) functionalism where the researcher sees that functional constructivism is consistent with the goals and importance of the mission. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: NGOs have an active role in developing the capabilities and resources of the local community and its members. The more the financial resource of NGOs increases and the better the services provided, the study shows that NGOs have the ability to meet the needs of society, especially among the poorest groups. Through the results of the survey of the beneficiaries of the activities of the association for a sample of organizations with local funding, that approval of the areas of benefit of the targeted citizens was (66.66%). The results show the importance of applying modern administrative systems in NGOs for both the sample of organizations with local funding and the sample for organizations with foreign funding. The study recommends the necessity of supporting NGOs with government grants to activate their role towards developing community resources, strengthening the relationship between NGOs and other civil society institutions, and spreading the culture of volunteerism in the Egyptian society.

This study aims to Identify the Psychological Prosperity and Its Relationship to Residential Environment Vocabularies and places of Spending leisure Time for Teenagers in Rural and Urban Areas. The sample of the study consists of (300) male and female adolescents from high school students in Sohag Governorate, whose ages ranged between (16 - 18) years old. The study used the comparative descriptive approach. The researcher used the following tools: Using the Psychological Wellbeing Scale. Using the Physical Environment Scale. Using the scale of interest in activities and recreation for students. This is to verify the validity of the hypotheses: The first hypothesis. The results of the study reached: There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological prosperity and the concepts of the physical environment, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two study samples (male and female) in psychological prosperity. There is also a statistically significant correlation between psychological prosperity and recreational activities among all individuals of the samples of Study from the countryside and urban areas in Sohag Governorate. There is no statistically significant correlation between the vocabulary of the residential environment and the recreational activities of each of the two individuals of the rural and urban study groups in Sohag Governorate. The research recommends the necessity of paying attention to positive mental health among adolescents in the countryside and cities alike, caring for educational institutions, educating students about the importance of time and benefit for them and society, and the necessity of setting up a program by teachers to occupy students' spare time, especially in summer vacations and benefit from times Vacuum in a correct and sound way and exploiting it in the best way.

The aim of the current research is try to modify the environmental behavior for a sample of streets children using the plastic art. The research sample consisted of (30) boys and girls from the streets children by (18) males and (12) females whose ages ranged between (9-12) years, the research tools included a case study form, an environmental behavior scale for streets children, and socio-economic level questionnaire (preparation of the two researches). The results of the research found that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores for streets children on the dimensions of the environmental behavior scale after using the plastic art in the pre and post measurements in the direction of the dimensional measurement, it was also clear that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of streets children on the dimensions of the environmental behavior scale after using the plastic art in the dimensional and sequential measurements. There were also statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and females on the dimensions of the environmental behavior scale in the direction of the dimensional measurement, Whereas, there was a statistically significant correlation between the socio-economic level of the family and the children going out into the street. The research recommended the necessity of providing a social system concerned with activating a mechanism for monitoring and controlling street children at risk, activating the role of community institutions for early intervention, providing various programs to protect children and their families from types of violence and exploitation, and directing attention to children working in insecure environments from an early age, and working to develop programs to combat Poverty and supporting mutual cooperation between public and private bodies to advance society and provide a decent life for all individuals at all levels, and to try to integrate streets children into the larger society and provide different aspects of care for them and transfer them to positive energy benefiting the community that does not harm it.

The current study aimed at identifying students' behaviors in the environment and their relationship to environmental responsibility. They had a "field study on a sample of late childhood children in Cairo Governorate, and the researchers used the comparative descriptive analytical approach. The study sample consisted of (280) of them (150) from government schools (70) Males, (80) females and (130) from international schools, including (70) males and (60) females in Cairo Governorate. Their ages ranged between (9-12) years, and the tools consisted of a measure of the behavior of late childhood pupils towards Environmental (prepared by researchers), measure of environmental responsibility for late childhood pupils (prepared by the researchers). The study revealed that there is a relationship between environmental responsibility and their behavior towards the environment. Attention to all environmental education programs and activities, as well as teaching them as curricula and curricula, attention of the various media and educational institutions in developing environmental responsibility.
