THE EFFECTIVENESS OF A PROPOSED COGNITIVE, ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMME FOR REDUCING THE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL PRESSURES OF THE EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THE SUBWAY AUTHORITY AND ENHANCING THEIR PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of psychological and environmental pressure of the workers in the subway before the work of an environmental knowledge program to reduce the psychological and environmental pressures and work to improve the level of performance and use of the experimental method, while the current study relied on a proposed program of researchers to reduce the psychological and environmental stress of the workers of the subway designed by Researcher in order to collect data and information on the place of study. The tools of the study were the psychological and environmental stress gauge and the performance measure. The sample of the study was (34) and divided into the control group (17) workers. This group is not exposed to the environmental knowledge training program, and the second is the experimental group (17) workers. This group was exposed to the environmental knowledge training program.
The most important results of the study were a difference between the two averages. The average score of the control group was 23,471 and the experimental group average was 31.588. The psychological and environmental pressures in the dimensions of the scale of the environmental pressures for each dimension, the total mean of the control group was (148.647), and the average value of the experimental group (200,647), which is a large difference between the averages in the second hypothesis. There were no statistically significant differences (a 0.05 0.05) between the experimental group scores in the post-measurement of psychological and environmental stress due to the characteristics of the sample (age, gender, marital status, years of experience, economic situation). To reduce the psychological and environmental pressures of the employees of the subway and to provide the material resources of places, tools and funds to contribute to raising the degree of recreational and social activities of the employees of the subway in various ways to reduce psychological and environmental pressures. Negative psychological and environmental pressures and deal with them, as well as the work of publications in the body of learned behaviors from the psychological and environmental pressures.
