This research aims at building a proposed Model for appling of environmental responsibility on the contracting sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt, because there is a clear lack of impact on the application of environmental responsibility and its use in development In the construction sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where appropriate accounting work should be carried out by the companies or by the government itself to carry out its responsibility towards the environment, so the need for environmental accounting has emerged. So researchers in this study are trying to achieve a set of goals focused on Attempt to develop a theoretical framework for environmental accounting and to identify the models of application adopted in many countries of the world, while trying to quote or develop the most useful and best model in terms of applicability to propose an application in the field of contracting and management information that helps them in making economic decisions Social and trade-offs between alternatives. The researchers used the analytical descriptive method and the appropriate statistical tests to test the validity of the hypotheses, using the sample of the study of 315 individuals, the number of valid forms recovered. The researchers reached a number of the most important conclusions and recommendationsWhich can be applied to the construction companies in Egypt to activate the system of environmental responsibility in the contracting sector with development to suit the community in which it works with the identification and disclosure of environmental inputs and outputs and the development of a plan of action to help the application and use of institutions for green accounting and the establishment of a database on the construction industry and comparison The database is in theory in another country.
