EVALUATION OF THE ROLE OF NGOS IN THE FIELD OF CHILDHOOD, TO HELP CHILDREN EXPOSED TO BULLYING IN ORPHANAGES

Abstract

The aim of the research is to evaluate the social and environmental role of NGOs working in the field of childhood in helping children who are subjected to bullying in orphanages, and to identify their effective role in helping children who are subject to bullying in orphanages, and to reach the most important problems that these associations face, leading to the development of a model and vision. To activate its role, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach, where the study sample was selected from children of late childhood and workers in orphanages in an urban and rural environment. in orphanages. And the results of the NGOs working in the field of childhood in the orphanage played their social and environmental role, in order to help the study sample children who are subject to bullying, by providing various services (social and environmental) that prevent the appearance of bullying, controlling aggressive behavior on the one hand, and a sense of inferiority on the one hand. Others for some, and the fear of being a victim later on for others.
The research recommends the importance of emphasizing dealing with children's complaints, addressing aggressive behavior among children, adhering to the ethical charter for workers, respecting children's privacy, participating in national events, and a scientific vision has been developed for the role that NGOs working in the field of childhood can play to activate their roles to help vulnerable children. To bully in orphanages, by working on a set of strategies prepared by the researcher, which are (self-expression, guidance and counseling, balanced dealing, discovering strengths and gaining trust, wise dealing, alerting, the older brother).
