Abstract

The study aimed to focus on the role of digital economic systems with its various means and tools in developing the performance of the transactions of government sectors, With the aim of working on developing government performance, increasing production and national income, for sustainable development of the available resources, facing fluctuations and sudden economic changes, and supporting sound decision-making.
As well as improving the procedures for providing government services in the most efficient manner and in the least time and effort, while presenting all data and information with credibility and transparency, and providing guarantees for their protection; This is based on the advanced technological tools and techniques provided by the digital environment in achieving the desired goals.
The study also recommends the need to work on increasing the culture of identification and awareness-raising initiatives about the benefits of digital platforms and tools for all those who deal with them by various possible means, while working to improve them and expand their reach, While reducing the dispersal of its launch and simplifying the procedures and steps to deal with it, as well as following up on its implementation and conducting questionnaires to obtain opinions about it, With the need to consider evaluating the results and comparing them before and after implementation, taking into consideration the social and environmental standards and conditions of the Egyptian society when using and applying these digital technologies, tools and applications.
