PROGRAMS OF SAFETY AND PROFESSIONAL HEALTH AND THEIR ROLE TO IMPROVE WORK ENVIRONMENTAL AND POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR OF WORKERS IN INDUSTRIAL INSTITUTIONS AN EVALUATIVE STUDY

This study sought to clarify the role of the Occupational Safety and Health Institute of the Cultural Foundation unions in Cairo and the National Center for the Study of Occupational Safety and Health to preserve the environment through safety occupational health courses and job security, plant environment and work injuries and maintain a psychological point of social and health of workers and the work on the development of workers' skills and training to Personal protection and means of occupational health and safety and secure work environment tools, so the importance of the study is to develop the performance of employees and the development of consciousness and modify their behavior, belong to this study, the pattern of descriptive analytical studies using descriptive analytical method and social sample survey, The study community for workers in industrial plants, and I have The field study applied to is made up of 113 sample single, the study found: - There are significant correlation between positive behavior for workers and courses Occupational Safety and Health, - The presence of statistically significant relationship between the positive behavior of employees possibilities available Balaml- There are significant correlation between positive behavior for workers accidents and work injuries.
