The role of Training in Employee Skills Development and its impact of Production to Achieve Sustainable Development

Abstract

The study aimed to clarify the relative importance and inevitability of the role of training in developing the skills of workers and its impact on productivity to achieve sustainable development, taking into account the environmental aspects and their effects, and identifying the concept of training, its importance, its elements and its relationship to human resources because it is an important part of human resource management, and to identify how and to complement the university role is considered a process. Training is one of the most important activities of human resource management, since it is reflected on the individual performance of the employees at the university. Everyone must realize the requirements of development in the present and the future. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and collected in the interview. It included a set of phrases that measured the sample’s trends towards the study variables. The researchers relied on the combination of the inductive approach, the deductive approach, and the quantitative descriptive approach, through the method of the theoretical study and the field study, which consisted of the study sample. From a community of 300 employees of the company and The company’s statistics number 240 individuals and 60 clients (both employees and clients), where a random sample was taken distributed among the various training programs, which amounted to 25% of the community size with the exclusion of invalid samples.
