THE PROBLEMS OF THE SECONDARY SCHOOL IN KUWAIT IN LIGHT OF THE SCARCITY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE EMERGENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION USING SOME ADMINISTRATIVE METHODS

Abstract

This study aims at: natural resources and their scarcity in Kuwait, identification of environmental pollution in Kuwait, identification of modern administrative methods, solving the problem of secondary school in Kuwait in light of the scarcity of natural resources and the emergence of environmental pollution using some administrative methods.
The questionnaire was used as a tool for study. The process of directing the questionnaire to survey the views of school administration personnel is about the ability of the school administration to cope with environmental problems using modern administrative methods. The study sample consisted of 145 principals and principals from the original school community distributed in government schools in Kuwait during the academic year 2016/2017. Five incomplete questionnaires were rejected, so that the final number of the sample was 140 managers and managers. The sample was randomly selected using the stratified method.
Study Method: The present study followed the analytical descriptive approach, which deals with the study of existing events, phenomena and practices available for study and measurement as such, without the intervention of the researcher in the course of the study and the researcher can interact with them and describe them and analyzed it has been used this curriculum by describing the environmental problems facing the school administration in Kuwait.
The results of the study: There are statistically significant differences between the problems of the environmental problems faced by the secondary school, and there are differences of statistical significance between the administrative methods to solve the environmental problem of our study of the scarcity of natural resources and environmental pollution. The best of these methods is the management of total quality, followed by administrative engineering to address the environmental problems represented by the scarcity of natural resources, especially water conservation, and the environmental pollution witnessed by Kuwait under the current situation.
The main recommendations of the study were:
1- The General Secondary School should formulate a philosophy of implementing TQM to address the scarcity of natural resources and environmental pollution.
2 - To develop a specific future vision and long-term goals sought by the school to achieve them.
3 - Develop communication and cooperation between the administrative leaders and all workers in the school administration and environmental protection workers.
4 - To develop the management behaviorally by supporting the collective work in the field of environment and conservation of natural resources.
5 - The success of the overall quality in the school requires the commitment of the head of the school first quality and the skills of the application of educational quality tools need to support the state, Director of Total Quality is to build confidence and openness (to develop confidence in others - access to information from employees ... etc. demonstrates the building of the team and the spirit of the team appreciation and rewards (continuous improvement of performance).
6 - The application of the comprehensive quality system requires that the and increased funding, clearly identify the priorities and policies of education, and interest in improving the type of training
